This simple but powerful bass, treble, volume control is made by General Op-Amp IC LM741. The input voltage is 12V, but it will also work with 9V and 6V. This has inbuilt pre-amplifier also.
Left channel is shown. Right channel is same.

You need decoupling. Use 104 (0.1uF) capacitors between +ve and GND near the LM741 IC. Also make connections as short as possibler and use best quality capacitors.

0.04uF means 40Kpf or 40nf. The closest you can get easily is 39kpf which is marked in capacitors as 393.

Speaker specs depends on your power amplifier and not this one. This just does tuning of sound.

I meant that you can give input from microphones also directly to this without using any other pre-amplifier.
