This is a basic square-wave oscillator based inverter kit. Based on the 4047 I.C oscillator, we discussed here, it is a finalized PCB version of that inverter with MOSFETs.
Here are two MOSFETs, one for each channel and this board consists of reverse diodes in MOSFET section for battery charging support. With FB4710 or P55NF06 or IRFZ44 or IRF540 MOSFET, we can get output power of 150VA, 180VA, 220VA, and 100VA.
The setup is simple, just download the 300dpi non-reflected PCB layout from below, and place components as you see in the above images.
I’m not going to give you headache of complex circuit now, just follow what you see in images, and if you have comments/questions, ask them below in comments section.

I am design inverter circuit using 4047 ic and the output came 250V 50Hz, i i connect 20W lamp the AC output decrease to 170V what will do to maintain the outut voltage.

You can use 9-0-9V 10Amp transformar. Then when you connect a more than 25 watt LED your transformar nicely output 220 to 240 AC voltage. But when you connect 12-0-12 V 10Amp transformar, your transformar only handel to supply 220V A.C. for a one LED. But if hot reduice your transformar 10Amp to 5Amp your your output watt reduice 100watt to 60watt. And now if you faced any problems then you connect my. My no 9859659965

When I connect load MOSFET burning after some times
IRFz44 MOSFET has low capabilities.so use the p55nf06 MOSFET.it will hold some time and gives some better result.
